What issues should be paid attention to before using the spray gun of the spray painting assembly line

The spray painting assembly line is suitable for coating and plastic spraying on the surface of workpieces, and is mostly used for coating single or small batches of workpieces. It forms a transportation operation with transportation machinery such as hanging conveyors, electric track cars, and ground conveyors. What should be noted before using its spray gun?

1. Regularly inspect the spray painting assembly line, check the sealing of needle valves, gaskets, and air valve gaskets for leaks, and replace them in a timely manner if there are leaks; The gasket should be frequently oiled.

2. The threads of the bolt air cap, paint discharge adjustment knob, and air conditioning knob should be regularly oiled to ensure flexible movement; The top pin of the spray gun and the spring of the air valve should also be coated with lubricating oil to prevent rust and facilitate sliding.

3. Do not disassemble the spray gun at will. When dismantling, be careful not to stick garbage and paint to each rectangular part, and do not damage the air cover and nozzle. After assembly, adjust to the original appearance, pull the trigger, and test the spraying effect of air and paint.

Before using the spray gun, it should be checked to ensure that the spray gun on the painting assembly line is in good condition before use.

5. When using a spray gun, avoid colliding with the object being coated or falling to the ground, otherwise it may cause damage and cannot be used.

When work is suspended, the spray gun head should be immersed in solvent to prevent the paint from drying out and blocking the nozzle; But the entire spray gun should not be completely immersed in solvent, otherwise it will damage the gaskets of various components, causing air leakage and paint leakage.

7. The spray gun should be cleaned in a timely manner after use, otherwise it will block the paint channel, making it difficult to clean or even unusable in the future. After cleaning the spray gun, connect the paint pipe and compressed air pipe for trial spraying, and adjust the fan shape of the spray gun. The fan angle of the manual air spray gun is 70-80 degrees. If there are any problems, report them for repair and handling in a timely manner.
