Note: The hanging gear has a great impact on electrostatic spraying. This is because after a long period of mass production, the hanging gear is also easy to adsorb the coating as the grounding pole. If it is cleaned and replaced regularly, it will form a higher resistance and greatly reduce the electrostatic adsorption effect. In addition, special attention should be paid to the suspension method of the workpiece to minimize spray blind spots. Before the paint film is dry, it should be properly protected to avoid direct sunlight or severe cold.
